2- Calling Ports Proforma D/A.
Containing of function of calculating D/A for port said, Damietta, Alexandria and Sokhna ports after providing information about vessel particulars and number of working days in the port to calculate each individual expense which to be paid to each individual authority concerned and then summarize all of them.
3- Vessels Scheduling System
Designed to meet the vessels' Owners, agents' requirements by controlling vessels Movements and arrival time in addition to some features listed here below.
1- Expected vessels.
To add, update, delete and find vessels expected to arrive, furthermore to make Reports or lists of vessels with a related feature of reminding the user if a vessel has not arrived.
2- Remittance control.
To control the remittance process with a related feature of reminding the user if there are some vessels that their remittance hasn't received.
3- History.
To keep a record of List of all vessels served or arrived at the port with the ability to Generate are port and print it.
4- Vessels Particulars.
To keep an up-to-date record of each vessel's particulars

Vessels Proforma calculation system has been designed to meet a specific requirements of shipping agencies and shipping lines management in order to facilitate the way of calculating vessels expenses which to be paid whether in transiting Suez canal or berthing on any of the Egyptian ports.
